Massage Therapy Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the appointment) will be charged the full price of the session.
2. Prepaid Services:
- Prepaid services are non-refundable. However, any unused sessions or credits will be honoured and can be rolled over for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
- Clients may contact us to schedule or reschedule any remaining prepaid sessions within this 6-month period.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If a client is not satisfied with the service, they should notify the therapist immediately during or after the session. In some cases, a complimentary follow-up session may be offered to address the concerns.
- Refunds are generally not offered for dissatisfaction unless the service is deemed subpar or if the therapist fails to meet professional standards.
4. Medical Conditions:
- If a client has a medical condition that contraindicates massage therapy, they must inform the therapist before booking the session. If a session is canceled due to medical reasons, a refund may be issued depending on the situation and at the discretion of the therapist.
5. Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. If a gift card is lost, the client should contact the service provider to verify the purchase, as a replacement may be issued at the provider's discretion.
